The winner of the design, JDAW and its engineers, disclosed the would-be built 60,000-seater stadium which is expected to cost an estimated 1.6 billion birr. ግድቡ 20 ነጥብ 80 ሜትር ከፍታ የሚኖረው ሲሆን ርዝመቱም 269 ሜትር እንደሚኖረው ጠቁመው፤ ግድቡ ሲጠናቀቅም 117 ነጥብ 82 ሚሊየን ሜትር ኩብ ውሃ የማጠራቀም አቅም እንደሚኖረው ተናግረዋል፡፡

ፕሮጀክቱ በ2000 ዓ.ም የተጀመረ ሲሆን፤ በአጠቃላይ ለፕሮጀክቱ ማስፈፀሚያም 1 ነጥብ 6 ቢሊየን ብር ወጪ ተመድቦለት እየተከናወነ ይገኛል ብለዋል።
