Satcon has now engaged its resources and long construction experience towards real estate development and has secured large areas of land in bold and lafto sub cities, which are one of the best residential locations of the Addis Ababa city.

Currently, we are engaged on the construction of Six gravel roads of 594 km and Three asphalt roadprojects of 297 km length in various parts of the country. In addition, the construction work of the Referral Hospital ,Air port terminal Expansion ,and

Management institute  buildings in Bahirdar, the capital of the Amhara  National Regional state are all in the construction phase under the auspice of our company. In a move to alleviate the problems faced  by the sector, SATCON  has now being involved in the Real Estate  sector as well and will enter a full fledged operation very soon. The over all construction cost of all the projects currently in our execution amounts Five Billion Birr.
