Description

• Pipes are produced according to ISO & DIN standards i.e., With regard to nominal outside diameter & the corresponding wall thickness, as per ISO 161-1 & ISO 4065, respectively.
• Tolerances on mean outside diameter & mean wall thickness, are as per ISO 11922-1(Grade B tolerance) & (Grade V tolerance), respectively.
• Dimension, comparison of pipe series, standard dimension ratio & nominal pressure, are as per DIN 8077.
• Minimum required strength /MRS/ in water at 200c for 50 years.

UPVC pipes product Description

• Pipes are produced in accordance with the recommendation of ISO standards i.e., With regard to nominal outside diameter & the corresponding wall thickness in accordance with ISO 161-1 & ISO 4065, respectively.
• Tolerances on mean outside diameter & mean wall thickness, are as per ISO 11922-1(Grade C tolerance) & (Grade W tolerance), respectively.
• Dimension, comparison of pipe series, standard dimension ratio & nominal pressure, are as per ISO 4422-2.
• Construction material: PVC-U Compound.
• Minimum required strength /MRS/ at 50 years & 20⁰C >25 MPa.
• The Color of the pipe is deep grey, grey or as request.

Product Description

Product Description

A small plastic junction box may form part of an electrical conduit wiring system in a building, or may be buried in the plaster of a wall, concealed behind an access panel or cast into concrete with only the lid showing. It sometimes includes terminals for joining wires. 

Junction boxes form an integral part of a circuit protection system where circuit integrity has to be provided, as for emergency lighting or emergency power lines, or the wiring between a nuclear reactor and a control room. In such an installation, the fireproofing around the incoming or outgoing cables must also be extended to cover the junction box to prevent short circuits inside the box during an accidental fire.
