Construction law covers all laws related to construction issues specially land, contract and tort. Ethiopia is one of the developing countries so that there are a lot of construction disputes which needs to be settled. And even if it should be given in the engineering, architecture schools,But the practice shows that construction law is not given as a subject in many universities specially on Law schools except Mekelle University and other few universities. If one of the purposes of legal education is to prepare students for a vocation as a lawyer, then it is appropriate that law students be exposed to as many areas of legal practice as possible we should produce construction professionals who have an understanding of the law regulating their industry. Construction law should be given as a subject in Ethiopian law schools like the other very few universities.
